Description

The College and Career Readiness Standards have required adult educators to engage in a paradigm shift that includes shifts in instruction. Perhaps one of the most exciting, but also one of the most challenging, is moving toward providing meaningful and engaging tasks that allow students to make connections and expand their understanding of concepts and procedures. In this workshop, participants will learn how to make this shift, discovering how to turn an ordinary worksheet into a meaningful, rigorous task.
